Q: How long does it normally take to receive an order?

Purchase must be made by 13:00 to be delivered next business day

Delivery will be made 2-4 days of purchasing 

Special deliveries

Central Johannesburg and Pretoria

Purchase must be made after 8:00 and before 14:00 to be delivered within 90 minutes – Rate R450

Purchase can be made after 14:00 but before 16:00 to be delivered within 90 minutes – Rate R500

Q: Does Emor Luxury deliver products beyond South African borders?

A: Not yet.

Q: Can I choose a different address to me for delivery if I am not going to be there when the courier service delivers?

A: Yes, you can but do note that Emor Luxury will not accept responsibility for anyone who receives your order on your behalf at your chosen address, that is not authorised to do so.

Q: What happens if my parcel is damaged when I receive it?

A: Please read our returns policy on this website. The courier company is not authorised to accept goods for return on delivery.

Q: What happens if my order gets lost by the courier?

Q: What happens if there is no-one home when you deliver?

A: We will try to arrange for an alternative delivery option with you, but we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee if we cannot do this and need to deliver at another date and times
